How much does it cost?

It is $30 to host your mix for 1 year, which breaks down to $2.50/month.

What type of file can I upload?

The mix has to be an mp3, less than 90MB (to save space on the user's mp3 players), 128bit recommended.

Why am I having problems uploading my mix?

Check the filename, make sure it has no spaces or special characters (", ', \). The filename has to have 25 characters or less in length.

My upload failed or I want to upload at a later time, can I re-upload?

Yes. If your upload didn't complete for any reason, log into your account, click the Mixes Credit icon. In this page you will see a credit for your upload as well as the uploader so you can upload your mix again.

Why isn't my profile showing?

After you upload your first mix, you need to publish your profile by clicking Create/Edit Profile icon. In this page click the save changes button to generate your profile. You need to have an active mix to see your profile online.

Why isn't my music player showing in my profile page?

The player is an upgrade to the profile. You need to log into your account, click the Create/Edit Profile icon. In this page click the save changes button to re-generate your profile with the upgrade (the player).

Why isn't my picture showing?

Check the filaname, make sure it has no spaces or special characters (", ', \). The filename is 25 characters or less in length. Also check the size of your picture (less than 1MB). It shouldn't be larger than 500px x 500px in dimension. Although for best results the optimum dimension is 200px x 200px.

Can I listen to the mix before I download it?

Yes, you can go to any dj profile and find a music player for every mix.
